Ghanaian multi-talented instrumentalist Prince Matthews Hakeem has advised musicians to put their hearts and best efforts into creating music instead of doing poor-quality work just for the sake of the future.

The award-winning instrumentalist shared a message on his Facebook page, encouraging musicians to always give their best when they have the chance to create music. 

He wrote, “Whenever you have the opportunity to create music, be it writing, composition, or production, give it your best.” He urged musicians to avoid shortcuts and low-quality work, and to maintain high standards in their creations.

Prince Hakeem, the lead guitarist for Joe Mettle, who has worked with many other artistes and music groups, asked musicians to view every project they work on as an investment. He explained that a project might become a hit right away or take years to gain recognition, but the quality of the work.
