Rex Omar speaks highly of Felix Marfo’s recent music video “OTEASE’

Ghanaian Highlife artiste Rex Owusu Marfo, known in music circles as Rex Omar, has given high praise to gospel singer Felix Marfo’s recent song rendition”OTEASE”. He admires the top-notch musicianship and modern approach to traditional Ghanaian music showcased in the song which was originally composed by Obaapa Christy.

Rex Omar shared his thoughts in a comment on a Facebook post by Joy FM’s journalist Kwame Dadzie, who posted the “OTEASE” music video. In his comment, Rex Omar expressed his excitement about the song, stating, “These guys are exciting! The level of musicianship and modernization is apt.”

Kwame Dadzie’s post also related to a copyright infringement issue involving Team Eternity Ghana and music producer Kwame Mickey. Amid this context, Rex Omar acknowledged the professional musicianship that modern gospel groups are bringing to Ghanaian music.
