MOG Music Honors and celebrates Bassey Mix for His Impact on Ghanaian Gospel Music

Gospel musician Nana Yaw Boakye, better known as MOG Music has honored renowned music producer and sound engineer, Daniel Bassey, for his significant contributions to Ghanaian gospel music. The recognition took place during the New Wine 2025 concert in Kumasi.

The event was held on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Church of Pentecost, Bantama. 

MOGmusic known for his dedication to ministry through music, acknowledged Bassey Mix, CEO of Bassey House of Music, for his outstanding role in shaping the careers of many gospel musicians in Ghana.

During the program, MOGmusic presented a plaque to Bassey Mix, recognizing his hard work and commitment to the gospel music industry.

Bassey Mix has worked with many top Ghanaian musicians, including Diana Hamilton,producing hit songs like “Osoro Bekasa.” His influence as a producer remains strong, and his contributions continue to be celebrated.

With over 2,000 attendees, the ticketed event was a night of worship and celebration. MOGmusic along with Quame Gyedu, Empress Gifty, Barry Neequaye, and Team Eternity as main guests, led the audience in powerful praise and worship.

The event ended on a high note, with Bassey Mix receiving the honor and recognition he deserves for his dedication to gospel music.
