Eugene Zuta has been underrated – Bass Player Akwasi G-Sharp shares concern about issue

Ghanaian bass player Akwasi G-Sharp has voiced his concerns about the lack of recognition for contemporary gospel artiste and pastor, Eugene Zuta.

Speaking on his Talk and Play Show on YouTube, Akwasi emphasized that Eugene Zuta has been undervalued despite his significant contributions to Ghanaian gospel music.

During a discussion with his guest, Daniel, Akwasi highlighted the need for Ghanaians to acknowledge Eugene Zuta’s impact on the gospel music industry. According to him, Zuta has been unfairly overlooked compared to other prominent gospel artistes in Ghana, who have received widespread acclaim.

“Eugene Zuta is one of the top three contemporary gospel artistes in Ghana,” Akwasi confidently stated. He further argued that it is impossible to list five major gospel hits in Ghana without including Eugene Zuta’s music, as his songs have greatly influenced the gospel music scene.

Akwasi’s comments have sparked conversations among Ghanaians, calling for a deeper examination of why Eugene Zuta’s contributions have not received the recognition they deserve.

The Talk and Play Show aims to spotlight important issues within the gospel music industry and amplify the voices of gospel musicians. Through this platform, Akwasi hopes to inspire a change in how artistes like Eugene Zuta are appreciated and celebrated.

This discussion encourages gospel music lovers to reflect on the value they place on artistes and their music, ensuring that no one is left underrated or unnoticed.
