Pastor Fonis Poku Returns to Ghana for Live Recording and Charity Outreach

Ghanaian-born gospel singer and pastor, Fonis Poku, is set to return home for a live recording session of her songs and to embark on a charitable project. 

Telling a brief history of her life, she’s a proud native of Kotobabi, Accra. She began her journey in music and ministry at a young age, later graduating from the University of Ghana with a degree in Business Administration. She went on to earn advanced degrees in Business and Divinity while serving in gospel ministry in the United States.

Known for songs like “YAHWEH”, which was birthed out of prayer, Fonis draws inspiration from gospel icons such as Daughters of Glorious Jesus and the Tagoe Sisters. Her music continues to impact audiences across the globe.

Her visit from the United States back to Ghana includes a significant donation aimed at supporting local communities, underscoring her deep commitment to giving back.

The live recording event has stirred excitement among gospel music lovers, with many anticipating a powerful night of worship and inspiration.
